Unlike budget PWM controllers in low light does not see a solar battery and does not carry out a charge. So for now, in my opinion, it is less effective than cheap controllers. Perhaps I'll add a review after a while when I get to my cottage, where and planned to install in a more powerful system (12 V 450 W).
