Mask is super, I really like it! It's great that you can use it in two options. The side where the balls are always cooler (when you get out of the refrigerator), the soft side is slightly warmer. I store mostly in the refrigerator, but sometimes I can also in the freezer, it helps if the head is straight heavy, or hurts. Recommend!
